As part of our ongoing quest for continuous improvement in our production outcomes Durawall has just commissioned a state of the art concrete curing facility from Germany. Kraft Curing produces one of the most efficient gas fired steam vapour generators on the world market.
We are now able to computer control the humidity and temperature of the atmosphere surrounding our products whilst they are curing. Controlling the curing environment ensures a consistent outcome for each batch of sleepers and wheel stops produced. This is especially important when the weather conditions are cold or wet.
