Durawall retaining wall before house build

Recently we completed an interesting project at Fig Tree Pocket. A new home being built in a beautiful bush setting.

There was an existing retaining wall located very close to the building envelope. When the cut was completed a new sleeper wall had to be constructed as well as a partial demolition of the existing wall to extend and make one wall to widen the usable area around the new home.

Once the cut was done it was imperative that we constructed the wall quickly especially before the start of the slab prep and potential rain. All built to a engineered design.

It is so important that retaining walls are done before the house starts so that there is plenty of access to complete the works.

It starts with a Durawall!
