We constructed this Durawall concrete sleeper retaining wall next to the boundary. Unlike a fence, a retaining wall generally needs to be constructed inside the boundary unless there has been neighbour’s consent to share the boundary. There was no permission from the neighbours on this one so all footings, ag pipe and backfill needed to be placed inside the boundary.
The narrow design of Durawall concrete sleepers makes it ideal for narrow lot blocks.
Call us if you have a narrow lot that needs retaining.
